Would you like to attract more clients and definitely fill your schedule?

Marketing is probably the most universal answer to this question but it can sometimes be a complicated and expensive path. If you don't have the number of clients you want, it's likely that you need to change some tactics for promoting and publicizing your work.

Here are some good ideas to attract more customers and captivate the audience around you:

  1. Create a loyalty program. A loyalty program can win the hearts of your potential customers. If you already have a program, try to make it more attractive to your customers. Don't make it complicated, a good loyalty program can be quite simple: The renowned loyalty card in which a free service is offered after X services is always a good option. A points system or some kind of gift, discount or bonus will make your customers empathize and make an appointment again.
  2. Ask them to indicate it. Most of us don't like to ask to be referred, but if you have a happy customer, isn't that one of the best advertisements you can have? Sometimes the key is not being afraid to ask. We know that most of these clients will gladly do so, but if it is not regularly reminded, it will probably fall by the wayside. Give these customers some business cards so they can hand them out to anyone who is interested.
  3. Ease of contact. If you don't have one of the means of contact we're going to talk about, get it right away. It is likely that most potential customers use the telephone as their preferred means of contact, but perhaps there are customers who prefer to send an SMS, an email or get in touch via social networks. Do not ignore any of the contact channels, it is important that everyone is active and that you respond quickly to all messages and calls.
  4. Create a portfolio. Having a portfolio is an asset as it can show potential customers of your services. In addition to serving to get ideas and give advice to your customers, it is an excellent showcase for anyone interested in a particular service. It should preferably be in physical format but having it on your phone is also a great alternative! The important thing is that it is always close by, updated and available for consultation.
  5. partnerships. If you find or know the right people, you can have a big advantage in publicizing your work. Perhaps you know someone who offers massage services (eg.) and are interested in a partnership. Advise your clients about that person's massages and that person will also advise your services. It's basically a referral exchange and can be very positive for all parties, including customers.
  6. Monetize social networks. Social networks are a free and very powerful advertising tool. Show yourself to your friends and followers, share your work daily on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Do you have a new service or are you investing in new training? PShare this on your social media, your potential customers will be glad to know. It's a great way to generate proximity with your current customers and arouse the curiosity of a vast group of new customers. Groups are a very effective way of showing your work to people who are really interested in this type of service or who are in a certain geographical area.

All these ideas can be used to attract more customers, however we know that the most important factors in the final choice of customers are the price and quality of the services presented. Use these ideas, bet on the quality of your services and products, practice fair prices and you will surely see your schedule full.
