Monomer Blend is a quick-drying, catalyst liquid that must be used together with acrylic powder to build acrylic nails.
HOW TO USE: Wet the tip of the brush in the liquid and then in the acrylic powder to create a small ball. Proceed immediately with the construction of the nail. Repeat if necessary. Catalyzes in air. Finish with Top Coat.
